Responsibilities
- Develop manufacturing work instructions for various processes.
- Manage cost, quality, build sequence, and schedule of hardware.
- Review engineering drawings and provide final approval for manufacturing.
- Design, procure, install, and integrate custom manufacturing tooling and equipment.
- Develop process control measures and evaluate through statistical analysis.
- Collaborate with external suppliers to ensure proper manufacturing and delivery of hardware.
- Perform root cause analyses and deploy corrective actions for non-conformances.
Job Requirements
- BS in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Aerospace Engineering.
- Minimum 3+ years of direct manufacturing and engineering experience.
- Solid understanding of engineering fundamentals for mechanical design and manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience in hardware manufacturing processes.
- Proven experience in completing manufacturing projects successfully.
- Strong written and technical skills (CAD, Excel, etc.).
- Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
