Responsibilities
- Develop manufacturing work instructions for various processes.
- Manage cost, quality, build sequence, and schedule of hardware.
- Review engineering drawings and approve manufacturing.
- Design and integrate custom manufacturing tooling and equipment.
- Develop process control measures through statistical analysis.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and proper hardware delivery.
- Perform root cause analyses and deploy corrective actions.
Job Requirements
- BS in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Aerospace Engineering.
- Minimum 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
- Solid understanding of engineering fundamentals for mechanical design.
- Hands-on experience in hardware manufacturing processes.
- Proven track record of completing manufacturing projects.
- Strong technical and software skills (CAD, Excel, etc.).
- Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
