Responsibilities
- Work closely with technicians and flight hardware to progress shop floor production activities.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing work instructions based on engineering requirements.
- Identify and deploy new manufacturing methods and tooling to enhance quality and reduce costs.
- Support non-conformance repair and rework activities.
- Perform in-build redlines and recommend engineering changes for design improvement.
- Conduct root cause analyses for non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) studies to enhance design and manufacturing feedback.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree in relevant engineering fields from an accredited university.
- Experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role (0-8 years depending on level).
- Demonstrated ownership in responsibilities.
- Experience with aerospace, automotive, or similar industries.
- Strong technical and software skills (CAD, Scheduling, Excel, etc.).
- Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Physically able to support production activities and work various shifts.
