Responsibilities
- Work closely with technicians and flight hardware to progress production activities.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing work instructions.
- Identify and deploy new manufacturing methods and tooling.
- Support non-conformance repair and rework activities.
- Perform in-build redlines and recommend engineering changes.
- Conduct root cause analyses for non-conformances.
- Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) studies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Aerospace).
- Experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role (0-3 years for Level 1).
- Strong written and technical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Physically able to support production floor activities.
- Preferred: Master’s Degree in relevant fields.
- Preferred: Experience with manufacturing software tools.
