Responsibilities
- Work closely with technicians and flight hardware to progress shop floor production activities.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing work instructions.
- Identify, develop, and deploy new manufacturing methods and tooling.
- Support non-conformance repair and rework activities.
- Perform in-build redlines and recommend engineering changes.
- Conduct root cause analyses for non-conformances and deploy corrective actions.
- Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) studies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Aerospace Engineering.
- Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or process engineering role.
- Strong written, personal, technical, and software skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly at all levels.
- Ability to support scheduled work shifts and physical production floor activities.
- Preferred Master’s Degree in relevant engineering fields.
- Experience with production tooling and software tools for data analytics.
