Responsibilities
- Define fluids component requirements and negotiate interfaces.
- Generate and present component details in design reviews and integration forums.
- Generate and release engineering drawings.
- Collaborate with supplier teams to procure materials and finalize designs.
- Build, test, and deliver components to the vehicle.
- Generate test and analysis reports for component verification.
- Conduct 1st order analyses and evaluate potential designs.
Job Requirements
- B.S. degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in aerospace propulsion and fluid analysis.
- Familiarity with propulsion and fluid system components.
- Ability to interpret and generate Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
- Proficiency in creating fabrication and installation drawings with ProEngineer/Creo.
- Knowledge of cryogenic fluids and related design analysis tools.
- Experience with static and non-linear FEA analysis (ANSYS) is preferred.
