Responsibilities
- Ensure launch facility components are maintained for launch activities.
- Translate engineering requirements into test and maintenance processes.
- Collaborate with design engineering, quality assurance, supply chain, and production teams.
- Develop and maintain test documentation and inspection plans.
- Support root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency gains and cost reduction.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Chemical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering.
- Experience supporting test teams as a fluids test engineer or similar role.
- Knowledge of systems related to pressurized gas, cryogenics, fluid systems, hydraulics, etc.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware and instrumentation related to fluid, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- 1+ years of experience developing work instructions or test procedures.
- Strong commitment to safety and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
