Responsibilities
- Analyze and design workflows and production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement strategies.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability.
- Develop and apply time and motion studies to optimize labor utilization.
- Conduct capacity planning and resource allocation to maximize output.
- Monitor production metrics and lead initiatives to address variances.
- Develop standard operating procedures and best practices for production.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in aerospace.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning Systems.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.
