Responsibilities
- Author and maintain company Integration and Test standards
- Verify compliance of company standards by programs and vendors
- Lead the development of I&T Plans
- Track qualification and acceptance campaigns
- Document and drive Integration and Test best practices
- Support program test reviews as participant and board member
- Lead or maintain oversight of inter-element testing
Job Requirements
- B.S. in electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience generating Test Plans and integrating/testing vehicle systems
- Knowledgeable in systems engineering practices and mission/safety critical systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Desire to drive efficient and cohesive practices
