Responsibilities
- Author and maintain company Integration and Test standards
- Verify company standards are met by programs and vendors
- Lead Integration and Test Plan development
- Track qualification and acceptance campaigns
- Document and drive Integration and Test best practices
- Support program test reviews as participant and board member
- Review vendor Statements of Work and Specifications for qualification compliance
Job Requirements
- B.S. in electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, or related technical discipline
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Experience generating Test Plans and tailoring application of standards
- Highly knowledgeable of systems engineering practices and integration processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- M.S. in a related technical subject area is preferred
