Responsibilities
- Support industrialization of new products in solar arrays, avionics, and structures.
- Contribute to design for manufacturability (DFM), assembly (DFA), and testing (DFT).
- Translate engineering requirements into manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with design engineering, quality assurance, and production teams.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation and inspection plans.
- Evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies and methods.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Aerospace, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant experience in test engineering or related roles (1+ years for Level I, 3+ for Level II).
- Experience troubleshooting avionics and electrical systems.
- 1+ years developing work instructions or test procedures.
- Ability to support off-shift and extended hours.
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required.
- Preferred experience with vehicle electrical systems and automated test equipment.
