Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and procedures for avionics subsystems.
- Support the industrialization of new products, including solar arrays and avionics.
- Collaborate with design engineering, quality assurance, and production teams.
- Maintain manufacturing documentation, such as work instructions and inspection plans.
- Evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies and methods.
- Conduct root cause analysis of non-conformances and develop corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards in all work.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Aerospace, or Computer Engineering.
- Relevant experience in test engineering or as a vehicle system operator.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems and read schematics.
- Experience developing work instructions or test procedures.
- Willingness to support off-shift and extended hours as needed.
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required.
- Preferred experience with vehicle electrical systems and automated test equipment.
