Responsibilities
- Support industrialization of new products such as solar arrays and avionics.
- Contribute to design for manufacturability and test processes.
- Translate engineering requirements into manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with design engineering, quality assurance, and production teams.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation.
- Evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies.
- Support root cause analysis and develop corrective actions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Aerospace, or related engineering field.
- Relevant experience supporting test teams or as a test engineer.
- Experience troubleshooting avionics or electrical systems.
- 1+ years of experience developing work instructions or test procedures.
- Ability to support off-shift hours as needed.
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required.
- Preferred experience with vehicle electrical systems and automated test equipment.
