Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical systems and interfaces for spacecraft and payloads.
- Create and analyze power budgets for mission operations.
- Design wire harness connectivity solutions for spacecraft.
- Develop command and data handling architectures for spacecraft subsystems.
- Define electrical interfaces between spacecraft bus and payloads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for electrical systems integration.
- Develop electrical test plans and procedures to verify system performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in spacecraft electrical systems engineering.
- Experience with command & data handling subsystems, avionics, or electrical power subsystems.
- Knowledge of spacecraft electrical interfaces and standards.
- Familiarity with wire harness design for space applications.
- Understanding of systems engineering principles.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance (preferred).
