Responsibilities
- Involvement in applied electronics and electrical engineering, including avionics hardware, software, and electrical systems.
- Engage in system testing, power systems, and communication systems.
- Enforce safety policies during test planning and operations.
- Collaborate with various engineering teams and business units.
- Analyze and troubleshoot electrical systems.
- Participate in hands-on projects and mentorship throughout the rotation program.
- Contribute to the development of safe and repeatable space flight systems.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Recent graduates (degree earned within the last year) eligible to start by Fall 2026.
- Experience with applied electronics, avionics hardware, and CAD software.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Relevant internship or co-op experience demonstrating technical skills and leadership.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a flexible and adaptable mindset.
- Advanced degree or hands-on project experience is desired but not required.
