Responsibilities

  • Involvement in applied electronics and electrical engineering, including avionics hardware, software, and electrical systems.
  • Engage in system testing, power systems, and communication systems.
  • Enforce safety policies during test planning and operations.
  • Collaborate with various engineering teams and business units.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot electrical systems.
  • Participate in hands-on projects and mentorship throughout the rotation program.
  • Contribute to the development of safe and repeatable space flight systems.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Recent graduates (degree earned within the last year) eligible to start by Fall 2026.
  • Experience with applied electronics, avionics hardware, and CAD software.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
  • Relevant internship or co-op experience demonstrating technical skills and leadership.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a flexible and adaptable mindset.
  • Advanced degree or hands-on project experience is desired but not required.
