Responsibilities
- Lead internal and external technical projects from proposal through completion.
- Collaborate with launch operations and systems groups for successful payload integration.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for mission integration and launch contracts.
- Validate and implement payload system requirements with technical teams.
- Manage regulatory requirements such as FAA/ITAR/Range.
- Support business development interactions leading to mission contracts.
- Lead spacecraft integration and ensure commitments are met on time and budget.
Job Requirements
- B.S. in Engineering field.
- 10+ years managing complex aerospace projects.
- 5+ years in launch system or satellite operations.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Ability to travel within the U.S. and abroad.
- Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
- Experience in developing launch vehicles and working with government customers.
