Responsibilities
- Lead internal and external technical projects from proposal through completion.
- Work closely with launch operations and systems groups to ensure successful integration of payload requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for mission integration and launch contracts.
- Manage regulatory requirements such as FAA/ITAR/Range.
- Support Business Development interactions with external customers for mission integration and launch contracts.
- Lead spacecraft integration and launch contracts to meet commitments on time and budget.
- Develop resource-loaded mission Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and coordinate progress with customers.
Job Requirements
- B.S. in Engineering field.
- 10+ years managing complex, multi-disciplinary aerospace projects.
- 5+ years of experience in launch system or satellite operations.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
- Strategic thinker with a detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to travel within the U.S. and abroad.
