Responsibilities

Job Requirements
- B.S. in engineering; M.S. or Ph.D. preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of people management experience.
- Proven track record in materials and manufacturing engineering.
- Knowledge of advanced manufacturing and materials testing.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in developing talent and high-performing teams.
- Familiarity with automation and AI solutions in laboratory environments.
