Responsibilities
- Lead the design and construction of engine test stand infrastructure.
- Manage a multidisciplinary team of specialists, technicians, and engineers.
- Oversee the procurement and commissioning of mechanical, structural, fluids, control, and electrical systems.
- Ensure project execution aligns with safety and quality standards.
- Develop integrated costs and schedules for project management.
- Foster a culture of skill development and career growth within the team.
- Coordinate site activities and handle permitting processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
- Over 10 years of experience in project and/or construction management.
- More than 3 years of experience in people management.
- Proven experience in leading complex projects from design to commissioning.
- Understanding of fluid, mechanical, control, and electrical system design.
- Proficient in project management and risk management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
