Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and integrate aerospace systems, including hardware and software components.
- Decompose customer requirements into test system specifications.
- Develop and manage interfaces through requirements and Interface Control Documents (ICDs).
- Lead and present at major gated reviews on system readiness.
- Own verification and validation planning with test plan creation.
- Collaborate with various teams to improve processes and procedures.
- Engage in projects involving applied systems engineering across multiple domains.
Job Requirements
- B.S. degree in engineering or a related technical field.
- Recent graduates (degree earned within the last year) eligible to start by Fall 2026.
- Experience in aerospace, mechanical, electrical, or systems engineering.
- Ability to break down complex problems and communicate effectively.
- Relevant internship or co-op experience demonstrating technical and leadership skills.
- Strong teamwork abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Desired qualifications include an M.S. in a relevant field and experience with systems engineering tools.
