Responsibilities
- Design and engineer overall systems infrastructure including hardware and software.
- Participate in applied systems engineering tasks such as system definition, testing, integration, and safety.
- Decompose internal customer requirements into test system requirements specifications.
- Develop and manage interfaces through requirements and Interface Control Documents (ICDs).
- Lead and present at major gated reviews regarding system technical readiness.
- Own verification and validation planning through test plan creation and completion of Test Readiness Reviews.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures.
Job Requirements
- B.S. degree in engineering or a related technical field.
- Recent graduates who earned their degree within the last year are preferred.
- Experience in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering on complex systems.
- Ability to communicate project status and break down complex problems into tasks.
- Relevant internship or hands-on experience demonstrating technical and leadership skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Desired: M.S. in Aerospace or related field, and experience with systems engineering tools.
