Responsibilities
- Design and engineer overall systems infrastructure for space vehicles.
- Define and decompose internal customer requirements into test system specifications.
- Develop and manage interfaces through requirements and Interface Control Documents (ICDs).
- Lead and present at major gated reviews on technical readiness and Systems Engineering deliverables.
- Own verification and validation planning through test plan creation and Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs).
- Collaborate with teams to improve processes and procedures.
- Maintain positive relationships and strengthen culture of inclusion.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of a B.S. degree in engineering or a related technical field.
- Recent graduates or those able to start by Fall 2026.
- Experience in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering.
- Ability to break down complex problems and communicate project status.
- Relevant internship or hands-on experience in technical roles.
- Strong team collaboration skills and a flexible mindset.
- Desired: M.S. degree in a relevant engineering field and experience with systems engineering tools.
