Responsibilities
- Design and engineer overall systems infrastructure, including hardware and software.
- Decompose internal customer requirements into test system requirements specifications.
- Develop and manage interfaces through requirements and Interface Control Documents (ICDs).
- Lead and present at major gated reviews on system technical readiness.
- Own verification and validation planning, including test plan creation.
- Collaborate with teams to establish and improve processes and procedures.
- Work independently and as part of a team on rapid development programs.
Job Requirements
- B.S. degree in engineering or a related technical field.
- Experience in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering.
- Ability to break down complex problems and communicate project status.
- Relevant internship/co-op experience demonstrating technical skills and leadership.
- Strong interpersonal skills for maintaining positive relationships.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a team environment.
- Self-driven with the ability to seek requirements independently.
