Responsibilities
- Design and engineer overall systems infrastructure including hardware and software.
- Decompose internal customer requirements into test system requirements specifications.
- Develop and manage interfaces through requirements and Interface Control Documents (ICDs).
- Lead and present at major gated reviews on system readiness and status.
- Own verification and validation planning and completion through test plans.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures.
- Participate in various aspects of applied systems engineering including system safety and integration.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of a B.S. degree in engineering or a related technical field.
- Recent graduates able to start by Fall 2026.
- Experience in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering.
- Ability to break down complex problems and communicate project status.
- Relevant internship or hands-on experience demonstrating technical and leadership qualities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
- Flexible and adaptable mindset with a self-driven approach.
