Responsibilities
- Design and engineer systems infrastructure, including hardware and software.
- Decompose customer requirements into test system specifications.
- Develop and manage interfaces through requirements and Interface Control Documents (ICDs).
- Lead and present at major gated reviews regarding system technical readiness.
- Own verification and validation planning, including test plan creation.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on various aspects of applied systems engineering.
- Improve processes and procedures within the engineering team.
Job Requirements
- B.S. degree in engineering or a related technical field.
- Recent graduates or those who will graduate by Fall 2026.
- Experience in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering.
- Ability to break down complex problems and communicate effectively.
- Relevant internship or hands-on experience demonstrating technical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and adaptable mindset.
