Responsibilities
- Work on several projects throughout the internship.
- Design and prototype manufacturing tooling and fixtures.
- Design and prototype tooling and fixtures for service.
- Design and prototype mechanical subsystems supporting SOFC/SOEC operation.
- Own sustainability metrics.
- Propose ideas to reduce manufacturing costs and improve quality.
- Test and present findings for assigned projects.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and highly motivated.
- Experience with 3D design using SolidWorks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Proven teamwork skills and a bias for action.
