Responsibilities
- Own the technical vision, strategy, and roadmap for electrical engineering and microgrid systems.
- Provide technical leadership for complex electrical and microgrid systems across the full life cycle.
- Lead architecture, design, and validation of microgrids and associated systems.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
- Manage technical risk, design reviews, and root-cause analysis.
- Build, mentor, and scale high-performing electrical engineering teams.
- Partner with Operations and Commercial teams to ensure successful execution.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s or PhD preferred).
- 15+ years of experience in electrical power systems and microgrids.
- 7+ years in engineering leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in electrical engineering fundamentals and microgrid controls.
- Proven track record of delivering complex engineering programs.
- Strong understanding of field execution and operational considerations.
- Collaborative leader thriving in a fast-paced environment.
