Responsibilities
- Own the technical vision and strategy for electrical engineering and microgrid systems.
- Lead architecture, design, and validation of microgrids and power systems.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
- Manage technical risk and conduct design reviews.
- Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams.
- Collaborate with Operations and Commercial teams for successful execution.
- Interface with customers and regulators on large, complex systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s or PhD preferred).
- 15+ years of experience in electrical power systems and microgrids.
- 7+ years in engineering leadership roles.
- Expertise in electrical engineering fundamentals and microgrid controls.
- Proven track record in delivering complex engineering programs.
- Strong understanding of field execution and operational considerations.
- Collaborative leader in a fast-paced environment.
