Responsibilities
- Own the technical vision, strategy, and roadmap for electrical engineering and microgrid systems.
- Provide technical leadership for complex electrical and microgrid systems across the full life cycle.
- Lead architecture, design, and validation of microgrids and related systems.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in design quality, safety, and repeatability.
- Build, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering teams.
- Foster a culture of engineering rigor, accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s or PhD preferred).
- 15+ years of experience in electrical power systems or related fields.
- 7+ years in engineering leadership roles with accountability.
- Expertise in electrical engineering fundamentals and microgrid controls.
- Proven track record in delivering complex engineering programs.
- Strong understanding of operational considerations and commissioning.
- Collaborative leader comfortable at both technical and executive levels.
