Responsibilities
- Concepting and designing new robotic automation solutions.
- Prototyping and testing designs for product development.
- Launching products into production and supporting deployed systems.
- Designing and controlling systems such as conveyor systems and robot arms.
- Programming robots and systems using various industrial control tools.
- Troubleshooting electrical systems, sensors, mechanical systems, and controls logic.
- Designing mechanical components in 3D CAD, including creating 2D drawings with GD&T.
Job Requirements
- BS or MS in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Robotics Engineering.
- Six or more years of experience in industrial automation, robotics, or product development.
- Significant experience with electrical system design and industrial electrical work.
- Experience with programming and controlling complex robotic systems.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software, preferably SolidWorks.
- Knowledge of functional safety devices and safety performance levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
