Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers to design and refine processes, fixtures, and equipment for assembly.
- Participate in hands-on prototyping and pilot builds, helping debug issues.
- Support factory line layout and workstation design for improved efficiency.
- Document assembly processes and write work instructions.
- Analyze data from prototype and production runs for process improvement.
- Contribute to design reviews focusing on manufacturability and scalability.
- Engage in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to support product deployment.
Job Requirements
- Current junior or senior in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- Strong understanding of mechanical or manufacturing engineering fundamentals.
- Passion for hands-on problem solving and scalable process building.
- Familiarity with CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, or AutoCAD) is a plus.
- Exposure to manufacturing processes, automation, or robotics is a plus.
- Curious, self-motivated, and eager to tackle hard problems.
