Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with engineers to design and refine processes, fixtures, and equipment for assembly.
  • Participate in hands-on prototyping and pilot builds, helping debug issues.
  • Support factory line layout and workstation design for improved efficiency.
  • Document assembly processes and write work instructions.
  • Analyze data from prototype and production runs for process improvement.
  • Contribute to design reviews focusing on manufacturability and scalability.
  • Engage in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to support product deployment.

Job Requirements

  • Current junior or senior in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical or manufacturing engineering fundamentals.
  • Passion for hands-on problem solving and scalable process building.
  • Familiarity with CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, or AutoCAD) is a plus.
  • Exposure to manufacturing processes, automation, or robotics is a plus.
  • Curious, self-motivated, and eager to tackle hard problems.
  • Commitment to in-person work and a fast-paced work culture.
