Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with engineers to design and refine manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Participate in hands-on prototyping and pilot builds, addressing issues and enhancing manufacturability.
  • Support factory line layout and workstation design for improved efficiency.
  • Document assembly processes and assist in technician training.
  • Analyze production data to identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Contribute to design reviews focusing on manufacturability and scalability.
  • Adapt to changing responsibilities based on business needs.

Job Requirements

  • Current junior or senior in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical or manufacturing engineering fundamentals.
  • Passion for hands-on problem-solving and scalable process design.
  • Familiarity with CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD) is a plus.
  • Exposure to manufacturing processes, automation, or robotics is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and eager to tackle challenging problems.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
