Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers to design and refine manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Participate in hands-on prototyping and pilot builds, addressing issues and enhancing manufacturability.
- Support factory line layout and workstation design for improved efficiency.
- Document assembly processes and assist in technician training.
- Analyze production data to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to design reviews focusing on manufacturability and scalability.
- Adapt to changing responsibilities based on business needs.
Job Requirements
- Current junior or senior in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of mechanical or manufacturing engineering fundamentals.
- Passion for hands-on problem-solving and scalable process design.
- Familiarity with CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD) is a plus.
- Exposure to manufacturing processes, automation, or robotics is a plus.
- Self-motivated and eager to tackle challenging problems.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
