Responsibilities
- Partner with Program Manager and Chief Engineer to develop and deliver products that meet customer needs.
- Collaborate across disciplines and functions to support engineering efforts.
- Ensure projects meet cost, schedule, and technical performance requirements.
- Oversee preparation and approval of competitive engineering bids.
- Identify and develop critical skills and resources.
- Maintain measures related to engineering performance.
- Establish goals, budgets, and staffing plans for projects.
Job Requirements
- Active Secret security clearance or higher.
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum 10 years of technical leadership experience.
- Knowledge and experience in developing EO/IR products (sensors, cameras, etc.).
- Experience with Earned Value Management and project control methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage scope in dynamic environments.
- Experience in leading classified development programs.
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to work across organizational boundaries.
