Responsibilities
- Develop hardware solutions for structural components and integrated systems.
- Create conceptual designs considering cost, size, weight, and environmental ratings.
- Optimize designs for thermal management and mechanical stability.
- Build and test prototypes using fabrication tools and techniques.
- Validate new designs through mechanical testing and performance analysis.
- Perform stress, thermal, and structural analyses using industry-standard tools.
- Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to production readiness.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in mechanical design and system integration.
- Proficiency in CAD software for 3D modeling and engineering drawings.
- Hands-on experience with prototyping tools and fabrication equipment.
- Knowledge of embedded systems and microcontrollers.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles including heat transfer.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
