Responsibilities
- Own electrical architecture for avionics applications.
- Drive schematic capture, layout guidance, and component selection.
- Ensure designs meet reliability and certification expectations.
- Provide technical mentorship to engineers.

- Refine engineering workflows and processes for efficiency.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in PCB-based hardware systems.
- Deep knowledge of digital processor-based systems and mixed-signal design.
- Experience with modern ECAD tools (Altium preferred).
- Proven technical leadership in architecture decisions and design reviews.
- Experience in regulated or safety-critical environments is valued.
- Strong collaboration skills with manufacturing and test teams.
