Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, build, and test production embedded vehicle firmware with a focus on security.
- Evaluate, implement, test, and optimize secure applications in a real-time operating system environment.
- Collaborate with software, hardware, and security engineers throughout the product lifecycle.
- Develop testing frameworks and harnesses at the unit, integration, and system levels, including security testing.
- Understand functional safety and security concepts relevant to autonomous vehicles.
- Work with electronics test equipment and perform hardware debugging.
- Prior project work in Secure Boot, Firmware Encryption, and Update mechanisms.
Job Requirements
- Basic knowledge of electrical engineering fundamentals.
- Expert level knowledge of C or C++ programming.
- Prior project work in Secure Boot and Firmware Encryption.
- Knowledge in automotive security topics such as SecOC, UDS, and TPM 2.0.
- Familiarity with electronics test equipment and hardware debugging.
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
- Desirable experience with mBedTLS integration and RTOS environments.
