Responsibilities
- Cultivate a high-performing leadership team and ensure strategic objectives are met.
- Own the node hardware architecture, including mechanism selection and structural design.
- Drive hardware requirements and translate them into subsystem specifications and verification plans.
- Lead design and industrialization of motion subsystems and in-situ metrology.
- Establish rigorous design processes and maintain disciplined engineering change control.
- Develop prototype-to-production pipeline in collaboration with Manufacturing Engineering.
- Drive reliability engineering for nodes and implement test strategies for performance evaluation.
Job Requirements
- 15+ years of leadership experience with cross-organizational teams.
- Proven track record in hardware systems from prototype to production.
- Deep expertise in precision mechanism design and error budgeting.
- Strong command of GD&T and design for manufacturability.
- Experience with sensor and actuator integration.
- Background in building hardware test and validation frameworks.
- Minimum bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
