Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a high-performing multi-site manufacturing engineering organization.
  • Define and execute the manufacturing engineering roadmap, focusing on automation and digitalization.
  • Develop scalable manufacturing systems to support global expansion and technology transfer.
  • Partner with design and R&D teams for manufacturing readiness and process validation.
  • Lead factory bring-up efforts and drive new product introduction transitions into high-volume production.
  • Implement and manage enterprise MES systems with integration to ERP and PLM.
  • Promote a safety-first culture and implement sustainable manufacturing practices.

Job Requirements

  • 15+ years in manufacturing engineering, including 7+ years in leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in scaling production from prototype to high-volume manufacturing.
  • Strong background in battery, solar, semiconductor, or advanced automation industries.
  • Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams across multiple sites.
  • Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes and automation technologies.
  • Expertise in EVT/DVT/PVT processes and digital manufacturing systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's preferred.
