Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing multi-site manufacturing engineering organization.
- Define and execute the manufacturing engineering roadmap, focusing on automation and digitalization.
- Develop scalable manufacturing systems to support global expansion and technology transfer.
- Partner with design and R&D teams for manufacturing readiness and process validation.
- Lead factory bring-up efforts and drive new product introduction transitions into high-volume production.
- Implement and manage enterprise MES systems with integration to ERP and PLM.
- Promote a safety-first culture and implement sustainable manufacturing practices.
Job Requirements
- 15+ years in manufacturing engineering, including 7+ years in leadership roles.
- Proven experience in scaling production from prototype to high-volume manufacturing.
- Strong background in battery, solar, semiconductor, or advanced automation industries.
- Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams across multiple sites.
- Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes and automation technologies.
- Expertise in EVT/DVT/PVT processes and digital manufacturing systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's preferred.
