Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of 5–15 technicians operating production equipment across multiple shifts.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Monitor and optimize equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and escalate as needed.
- Drive daily stand-up meetings and communication flow between teams.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
- Coach, train, mentor, and evaluate technicians, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean manufacturing practices.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in manufacturing or operations, with at least 2 years in supervisory roles.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety practices.
- Ability to interpret process documentation and engineering specifications.
- Proficiency in problem-solving tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Attention to detail and commitment to build quality.
- Hands-on experience in a production or assembly environment preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
