Responsibilities
- Translate customer requirements into detailed designs.
- Apply engineering principles in researching, designing, developing, and testing products.
- Work with fabricators to develop product prototypes.
- Resolve engineering problems during the product development cycle.
- Collaborate with operations, service, and customers to address design issues.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and ISO standards.
- Complete documentation for new designs, including ECRs, ENFs, BOMs, etc.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or greater in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 0-2 years of experience in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Experience with CAD programs.
- Proficient with SolidWorks.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
