Responsibilities
- Support management of the Quality Assurance team, including training and scheduling.
- Provide QA support to cross-functional groups including Manufacturing and Regulatory Affairs.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality systems and regulatory requirements.
- Review batch records and documentation for product disposition and release.
- Participate in root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
- Support new product introductions and process development from a QA perspective.
- Monitor and trend quality metrics and assist with regulatory inspections.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of industry experience in a GMP-regulated environment.
- Strong knowledge of cGMP regulations and quality systems.
- Experience with batch release and product disposition activities.
- Familiarity with audit processes and regulatory inspections.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
