Responsibilities
- Assemble electrical and electromechanical aerospace hardware from engineering drawings and schematics.
- Support harness wiring with soldering and basic fabrication tasks.
- Inspect components and assemblies for compliance with quality standards.
- Assemble development circuit boards for engineering lab use.
- Perform basic electrical troubleshooting, including continuity checks and voltage measurements.
- Document corrective actions as required.
- Verify connector pinouts by referencing simplistic schematics.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on technician experience in aerospace, defense, or high-reliability manufacturing.
- Strong electrical and electromechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience assembling and repairing circuit boards with fine pitch components.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Familiarity with test equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
