Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning, design, and implementation of control systems and automation products.
- Support electrical controls R&D product development and operations needs.
- Conduct programming, installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting for industrial robotics and production systems.
- Evaluate and optimize manufacturing processes to maximize productivity and reduce costs.
- Design and develop new and existing products, including prototype testing.
- Collaborate with operators on efficiency and quality tasks, including troubleshooting and training.
- Engage in continuous improvement activities and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Graduated no more than 18 months ago with a maximum of two years relevant experience.
- Understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Experience with complex production machinery is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general understanding of Design & Engineering Software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
