Responsibilities
- Assist with planning, design, and implementation of control systems and automation projects.
- Support electrical controls R&D product development and production needs.
- Conduct programming, installation, and troubleshooting for industrial robotics and production systems.
- Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes and workflows to maximize productivity.
- Collaborate with senior staff on engineering design and quality planning.
- Manage or support designated engineering projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in quality control and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in relevant engineering fields (Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, etc.).
- Recent graduates (no more than 18 months post-graduation) with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Experience with complex production machinery is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general engineering software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
