Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, design, and implementation of control systems and automation products.
- Support electrical controls R&D product development and operations needs.
- Conduct programming, installation, and troubleshooting for industrial robotics and production systems.
- Evaluate and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage or support designated engineering projects and oversee all aspects of equipment and process improvements.
- Participate in quality assurance activities and support the development of the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Collaborate with teams to ensure projects meet customer requirements and quality standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Controls Engineering, or equivalent.
- Recent graduates (within 18 months) with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Project experience and relevant internships are desired.
- Understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic engineering software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with various stakeholders.
