Responsibilities
- Apply engineering principles and research data to create designs for semiconductor systems and products.
- Perform engineering calculations for structural, thermal, and fluid dynamics problems.
- Create and revise CAD models and detail drawings using Creo Parametric.
- Assess feasibility of product proposals and develop new designs while ensuring safety criteria.
- Prepare engineering documentation for prototype and production products.
- Manage engineering project plans and coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams.
- Present and participate in design reviews for customer-driven specials and product enhancements.
Job Requirements
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience in design and development of complex mechanical systems.
- Knowledge of semiconductor capital equipment and deposition processes.
- Proficiency in CREO and AutoCAD, and understanding of relevant industry standards.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills for complex engineering challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet aggressive deadlines.
