Responsibilities
- Apply engineering principles to create designs for semiconductor systems and products.
- Perform engineering calculations including structural, thermal, and fluid dynamics.
- Create and revise CAD models and detail drawings using Creo Parametric.
- Determine feasibility of product proposals and develop new designs.
- Prepare engineering documentation for manufacturing and testing of products.
- Manage engineering project plans, including scheduling and resource estimates.
- Present and participate in design reviews for customer-driven specials and enhancements.
Job Requirements
- Master's in Mechanical Engineering or related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience in design and development of complex mechanical systems.
- Knowledge of semiconductor capital equipment preferred.
- Proficiency in CREO and AutoCAD.
- Understanding of materials and relevant standards for semiconductor equipment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under aggressive deadlines with multiple priorities.
