Responsibilities
- Support and maintain downstream product quality firmware for Arm Neoverse CSS platform solutions.
- Contribute to the successful deployment of Arm Neoverse CPU and System IP based Infrastructure platforms.
- Manage defects, perform feature back porting, and fix defects.
- Collaborate closely with the release team for downstream release updates for customers.
- Develop and maintain product quality firmware with knowledge of bootloaders and device drivers.
- Provide customer support in triaging and resolving reported issues.
- Work with open-source projects such as Linux Kernel, TF-A, UEFI EDK II, and OpenBMC.
Job Requirements
- Expert in C programming for embedded systems with excellent debugging skills.
- Experience in development and maintenance of product quality firmware.
- Server firmware development experience.
- Familiarity with technologies such as RAS, hypervisors, CXL, power management, and security.
- Experience in providing support and maintenance of production quality firmware in the server segment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with distributed teams.
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid working environment.
