Responsibilities
- Support and maintain downstream product quality firmware for Arm Neoverse CSS based platform solutions.
- Collaborate with a distributed firmware development team.
- Manage defects, back port features, and fix defects.
- Coordinate with the release team for downstream release updates post-launch.
- Contribute to the successful deployment of Arm Neoverse CPU and System IP based Infrastructure platforms.
- Engage in customer support for triaging and resolving reported issues.
- Develop and maintain product quality firmware with a focus on bootloaders and device drivers.
Job Requirements
- Expert in C programming for embedded systems with strong debugging skills.
- Experience in firmware development and maintenance, particularly in server firmware.
- Knowledge of open-source projects like Linux Kernel, TF-A, UEFI EDK II, and OpenBMC is a plus.
- Familiarity with RAS, hypervisors, CXL, power management, and security technologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a distributed team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in providing customer support in the server segment is preferred.
