Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships across Archer and lead a multidisciplinary team.
- Be the primary program leader for applicable Program Gates and Milestones.
- Define, launch, and drive mission-critical technical and business initiatives.
- Identify and manage project Risks, Issues, and Opportunities.
- Execute within project schedule and budget, tracking expenses.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding project updates.
- Identify areas of improvement in current processes and develop strategies.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5-10 years experience in complex HW/SW design, development, test, and production.
- Experience as a program/project manager and knowledge of program management best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Management, Business, or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of program management interactions with various departments.
- Familiarization with scheduling software and task management tools.
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Bonus qualifications include experience in aviation engineering disciplines and FAA certification.
