Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate integrated test labs for eVTOL aircraft development.
- Develop electrical requirements for test lab equipment in collaboration with subsystem stakeholders.
- Design electrical wiring interconnect and instrumentation systems for hardware integration test labs.
- Select components for lab builds and modify wiring harnesses for specific test lab needs.
- Manage external suppliers for lab components and oversee fabrication.
- Aid technicians in the installation and check-out of test equipment.
- Ensure proper function of test equipment through effective management and oversight.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of electrical design experience in aerospace, automotive, or a related industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Understanding of communication protocols (ARINC, CAN, Ethernet, Serial).
- Familiarity with aviation or aerospace lab test hardware (oscilloscopes, multimeters).
- Strong electrical design skills with project ownership from requirements to fabrication.
