Responsibilities
- Own the panel scaling technology roadmap and define integration milestones.
- Build and manage a partner ecosystem to address panel scaling challenges.
- Lead executive communication and internal alignment across various functions.
- Resolve complex field process issues using systematic troubleshooting.
- Serve as the customer expert for complex products and provide feedback on improvements.
- Direct the positioning of new technologies and oversee joint development activities.
- Stay updated on new developments in advanced packaging technology.
Job Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in semiconductor packaging and related fields.
- Demonstrated leadership in technology strategy and customer execution.
- Strong knowledge of advanced packaging drivers and manufacturing constraints.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent executive communication skills.
- Preferred PhD/MS in relevant engineering or science fields.
- Experience launching new platforms and building ecosystems.
