Responsibilities
- Own the panel scaling technology roadmap across various scaling aspects.
- Build and manage a partner ecosystem to close panel scaling gaps.
- Lead executive communication and program governance.
- Resolve complex field process issues using systematic troubleshooting.
- Direct the positioning of new technologies to customers.
- Keep abreast of new developments in advanced packaging technology.
- Inspire and develop world-class teams fostering innovation and growth.
Job Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in semiconductor packaging or advanced manufacturing.
- Demonstrated leadership in technology strategy and customer execution.
- Strong knowledge of advanced packaging drivers and manufacturing constraints.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional organizations and influence stakeholders.
- Executive communication skills to translate technical tradeoffs into business outcomes.
- Preferred PhD/MS in relevant engineering or science fields.
- Experience launching new platforms and building ecosystems.
