Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end semiconductor equipment NPI programs from a supply chain perspective.
- Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies from NPI to high volume.
- Negotiate with key suppliers for reliable and cost-effective material supply.
- Identify and resolve potential risks early, providing solutions to executive stakeholders.
- Establish and manage best practice policies for material handling.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for timely delivery and quality control.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and negotiate at executive levels.
Job Requirements
- Educational background in engineering and business; MS/MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in program management and supply chain consulting/management, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
- Proficient in fabrication processes and supplier negotiation strategies.
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset to solve complex problems.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to communicate key messages concisely and influence stakeholders.
- Experience with cost management and best practices in supply chain.
