Responsibilities
- Design and troubleshoot electrical or electronic engineering assemblies, layouts, and schematics.
- Perform engineering analysis and generate test reports.
- Develop innovative solutions and create documentation for product releases.
- Coordinate procurement and assembly of components, identifying sources of critical parts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development from cradle to grave.
- Conduct experiments and testing to confirm the performance of designs and control methods.
- Lead/manage other engineers in electrical engineering efforts for various product development projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Expertise in electrical engineering, software, and motion controls.
- Proficiency in general electrical skills, including power and signal distribution design.
- Experience with controls skills such as motor/drive tuning and real-time control algorithms.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team.
- Passion for hands-on development and a commitment to lifelong learning.
- Ability to resolve technical and organizational conflicts effectively.
