Responsibilities
- Design and modify electrical engineering assemblies and layouts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electrical systems.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Expertise in electrical engineering, software, and motion controls.
- Proficiency in general electrical skills, including power distribution design and EMI/EMC mitigation.
- Experience with motor and encoder sizing, tuning, and real-time controls algorithms.
- Ability to lead/manage engineering efforts and resolve conflicts.
- Strong communication skills across various organizational levels.
- Passion for hands-on development and continuous learning.
