Responsibilities
- Oversee operations performance of the ETCH/SRP SBU, including service product qualification and continuous improvement.
- Manage service quality to meet operating plan commitments.
- Collaborate with product management and other functions to develop operations/supply chain strategies.
- Control cost of goods sold and drive continuous improvement in quality and productivity.
- Support development of business requirements and enterprise system improvements.
- Manage partnerships with operations/supply chain partners for refurbishment and kit clean programs.
- Communicate operations and supply chain progress to senior executives and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Technical degree with a minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in semiconductor markets.
- Strong leadership and proactive management skills.
- Experience with performance-based operations and productivity leadership.
- Background in engineering, quality systems, and program management (e.g., PMI, Lean, Six Sigma).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with senior executives.
- Experience in production line or manufacturing environments.
- Strong critical thinking and project management skills.
