Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to define display module specifications.
- Lead a multi-functional team across optical, electrical, and mechanical engineering.
- Conduct hands-on characterization of electro-optical performance and data analysis.
- Automate lab-level measurements through scripting.
- Perform display testing and review results from vendors and multi-functional groups.
- Identify engineering issues and drive them to closure efficiently.
- Ensure display goals are met for engineering builds and initial mass production.
Job Requirements
- BS in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or similar with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
- Technical experience in optical design, semiconductor optoelectronics, and display technologies.
- Proficiency in optical measurement systems and programming languages (Python, LabVIEW).
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Experience with failure analysis and mass production procedures.
- Preferred MS or PhD in a relevant field.
- Knowledge of display-specific optics.
