Responsibilities
- Participate in the release of system improvements/new functionalities from Development to Production.
- Lead end-to-end test activities including test strategy, process management, and team coordination.
- Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various projects.
- Build tools and infrastructure to support GenAI integration for automation.
- Maintain a testing knowledge repository and continuously improve testing standards.
- Report testing metrics including SLAs and indicators.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to support release project testing and post-release reviews.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in computer science or information management plus 3-5 years of related QA experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in test case scripting and quality automation engineering.
- Experience with GenAI tools integration for automation.
- Proven track record in driving quality automation and building tools for QA testing.
- Experience testing on macOS and iOS (mobile apps).
- Strong understanding of SQA methodologies and practices.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and remote teams.
