Responsibilities
- Work directly with design, testing, and field teams to resolve product reliability issues.
- Champion continuous reliability improvement across engineering teams using tools like FMEA, HAZOP, and PHA.
- Support root cause failure analyses and collaborate with teams and external partners to reduce future failures.
- Develop verification and validation plans with design, testing, manufacturing, and field teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Physical Science with 6+ years of relevant experience.
- Ability to work across multiple engineering teams and lead with influence.
- First principles engineering approach to root-causing and assessments.
- Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience improving reliability on new hardware products in a startup environment.
- Additional qualifications include experience in driving reliability improvements and a Masters/PhD in a technical field.
