Responsibilities
- Work with design, testing, and field teams to resolve product reliability issues.
- Champion continuous reliability improvement across engineering teams using tools like FMEA and HAZOP.
- Support root cause failure analyses and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Develop verification and validation plans with design, testing, manufacturing, and field teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Physical Science; 6+ years of relevant experience.
- Ability to work across multiple engineering teams and lead with influence.
- First principles engineering approach to root-causing and assessments.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience improving reliability on new hardware products, especially in a startup environment.
- Additional qualifications include a Masters/PhD in a technical field and experience in driving reliability improvements.
