Responsibilities
- Support and review system block diagrams, interface control documents, and schematics.
- Lead Failure Modes & Effects Analysis efforts and collaborate with engineering teams.
- Perform predictive reliability analysis and develop qualification test plans.
- Develop maintainability prediction models and support preventative maintenance planning.
- Conduct Weibull analysis and work with Quality and Manufacturing Engineering.
- Use data analysis techniques for problem identification and corrective action implementation.
- Develop and implement reliability processes for design, manufacturing, and deployment.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Reliability Engineer or Design/Development Engineer.
- B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience with safety-critical hardware & software systems in defense or aerospace.
- Familiarity with MIL-STD and reliability analysis techniques.
- Proven track record in failure investigation and analysis.
- Design Review Experience (PDR, CDR, MRR) and strong presentation skills.
- Eligibility to obtain/maintain a U.S. Secret clearance.
