Responsibilities
- Independently perform trade studies, designs, and generate solutions for approval.
- Execute the procurement of hardware necessary to implement solutions.
- Test, verify, and demonstrate the effectiveness of solutions.
- Own a portion of the manufacturing value chain for specific products.
- Work hands-on with technicians and engineers to build prototype hardware.
- Develop novel tooling solutions for fabrication and assembly of products.
- Write documentation required for successfully manufacturing hardware at scale.
Job Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in engineering, math, or a hard science.
- Must be a rising senior at the time of the internship.
- Genuine interest in manufacturing and a desire to learn.
- U.S. Person status required for accessing Controlled Unclassified Information.
- Ability to complete an in-person Co-Op in Costa Mesa, CA and Santa Ana, CA.
- Preferred experience in manufacturing-related internships or projects.
- Familiarity with CAD software, Manufacturing Execution systems, and ERP/MRP systems.
