Responsibilities
- Transition electromechanical products from prototype to high-volume production.
- Scale manufacturing processes for consistent quality and reliability.
- Collaborate hands-on with technicians and engineers in building prototype hardware.
- Contribute to the mechanical or electrical design of hardware for end customers.
- Own a portion or all of the manufacturing value chain for specific products.
- Develop tooling solutions for fabrication and assembly of structural parts.
- Write documentation for manufacturing hardware at scale.
Job Requirements
- Degree in a technical field (engineering, math, or hard science preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or design of electromechanical hardware.
- Ability to deliver electromechanical hardware in resource-constrained environments.
- Demonstrated team leadership skills with examples.
- Experience in physically manufacturing hardware (machining, fabrication, etc.).
- Genuine interest in manufacturing and a thirst for learning.
- Must be a U.S. Person due to access requirements for U.S. export-controlled information.
