Responsibilities
- Leverage expertise in New Product Introduction (NPI) for electromechanical products.
- Scale manufacturing processes for consistent quality in mass production.
- Collaborate hands-on with technicians and engineers to build prototype hardware.
- Contribute to hardware mechanical or electrical design for electromechanical compatibility.
- Own the manufacturing value chain for specific products.
- Develop tooling solutions for fabrication and assembly of structural parts.
- Write documentation for manufacturing processes, including quality plans and work instructions.
Job Requirements
- Degree in a technical field (engineering, math, or hard science).
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or design of electromechanical hardware.
- Ability to deliver hardware solutions in resource-constrained environments.
- Demonstrated team leadership skills with examples.
- Experience in physically manufacturing hardware (machining, fabrication, etc.).
- Genuine interest in manufacturing and eagerness to learn.
- Must be a U.S. Person for access to controlled information.
