Responsibilities
- Drive the development and design of innovative electrical systems and products.
- Collaborate with other engineers to integrate electrical systems into larger designs.
- Translate business objectives into clear electrical engineering deliverables.
- Create and maintain documentation, including design specifications and test procedures.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Perform electrical calculations, simulations, and testing to evaluate system performance.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 3 or more years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in defense or fast-paced environments with electrical engineering projects.
- Proficient in electrical engineering principles and design software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex concepts.
- Familiarity with fast-paced environment best practices.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
