Responsibilities

Job Requirements
- BS/MS in relevant engineering fields or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience leading hardware engineering teams in regulated industries.
- Expertise in digital/analog circuit design, mechanical design, and optics/photonics.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex systems.
- Clear communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
- Willingness to travel for testing and supplier visits.
