Responsibilities
- Develop and implement standards for inspecting, testing, and evaluating products.
- Implement programs to assess the accuracy of production and testing equipment.
- Assist workers in measuring and testing products and tabulate quality data.
- Oversee investigations of failures and analyze process issues.
- Address customer concerns regarding quality-related issues.
- Participate in customer and regulatory audits.
- Continuously improve quality systems and processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality assurance, or a related field.
- 2+ years' experience in a leadership role in Quality within an ISO and AS9100-controlled environment.
- Experience in Root Cause Analysis and relevant quality standards.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing quality control role.
- Background in aerospace, defense, or cable assembly industries is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
