Responsibilities
- Design and manufacture electromechanical sensing devices such as RTDs, Thermocouples, and Speed Sensors.
- Develop new technologies for competitive advantage.
- Create 3D models using SolidWorks and issue technical documentation.
- Perform Structural, Thermal, Fatigue, and Dimensional Analyses.
- Review customer and industry specifications for product design.
- Integrate design for six sigma, reliability & manufacturability into product designs.
- Build positive customer relationships while managing projects effectively.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 7+ years of experience in designing electromechanical sensing devices.
- Proficiency in geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Knowledge of aerospace components and standards.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SolidWorks.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- US Citizenship or Green card holder due to government contract requirements.
