Responsibilities
- Utilize Lean principles to establish work instruction standards for assembly and test.
- Develop Continuous Improvement strategies with Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams.
- Lead initiatives for cost reduction, quality improvement, and operational efficiency.
- Facilitate change in a fast-paced environment using strong interpersonal skills.
- Provide training and maintain standard operating procedures for the assembly team.
- Mentor project teams on Lean methodologies and tools.
- Identify and implement improvement initiatives through Kaizens.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
- 3-5 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
- Ability to read and interpret specifications and drawings.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes involving electronic assemblies.
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing implementation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and design software like Autodesk Inventor and SolidWorks.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
