Responsibilities
- Utilize Lean principles to establish work instruction standards for assembly and test.
- Develop Continuous Improvement strategies in collaboration with Operations, Engineering, and Quality.
- Lead initiatives for cost reduction, quality improvement, and operational efficiency.
- Facilitate change in a fast-paced environment using strong interpersonal skills.
- Provide training and develop standard operating procedures for the assembly team.
- Mentor project teams in Lean methodologies and tools.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement events and initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
- 3 – 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes for electronic assemblies and PCB design.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in process manufacturing.
- Practical experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Proficient in Autodesk Inventor and SolidWorks.
