Responsibilities
- Utilize Lean principles to establish work instruction standards for assembly and test.
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Quality to develop Continuous Improvement strategies.
- Lead initiatives for cost reduction, quality improvement, and operational efficiency.
- Facilitate change in a fast-paced environment using strong communication skills.
- Train assembly teams on standard operating procedures and develop workflow diagrams.
- Mentor project teams on Lean methodologies and tools.
- Identify and drive Kaizens for continuous improvement events.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 3-5 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes involving electronic assemblies and PCB design.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience in high mix, low volume manufacturing environments.
- Practical experience with Lean Manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor and SolidWorks.
