Responsibilities
- Lead program planning and execution for the Instinct product from early planning through silicon bring-up and production readiness.
- Own the integrated master schedule including milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and critical paths across various teams.
- Drive program governance, including decision forums, issue/risk management, and escalation paths.
- Build and cultivate strong relationships with key engineering and business organizations.
- Drive continuous improvement by incorporating learnings from prior programs.
- Partner with peers to ensure readiness across manufacturing, quality, and downstream execution organizations.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent to support growth plans.
Job Requirements
- Extensive experience leading large-scale, cross-functional hardware programs.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end program execution methodologies, milestone governance, and risk management.
- Experience with AI/ML and HPC program environments.
- Demonstrated strength in developing leaders and building execution culture.
- Understanding of HW/FW/SW interaction and system-level design tradeoffs.
- Strong collaboration and executive communication skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
