Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to ODM/OEM customers on integrating AMD processor automotive products.
- Analyze, debug, and root cause issues with AMD processor-enabled platforms and software stacks.
- Validate new software features before customer release.
- Train field sales and support staff on AMD product features.
- Author technical papers and reference solutions for internal and external audiences.
- Collaborate closely with development teams and project managers to drive results.
- Contribute to a high-functioning team environment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer/Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Strong background in Automotive Infotainment Applications and x86 processor architecture.
- Experience in developing middleware and system software drivers for hardware accelerators.
- Deep knowledge of OS concepts and programming in Linux and Android.
- Proficient in programming languages such as C, C++, and Python.
- Excellent customer and communication skills.
- Proven track record of enabling customers in product development.
